The two-wire installation process is straightforward. The motor start capacitor and PTC thermistor are connected in series, with no loose parts or complicated wiring. Simply connect the components in parallel with the run capacitor. This setup effectively fixes the following symptoms: hard start, intermittent starting, and noisy compressors.
